Creates a new group scoped to the authenticated organization.
Authentication
AuthorizationBearer
API Key or Access Token authentication using Bearer token in Authorization header. API keys use the vit_apk_ prefix, access tokens use the vit_at_ prefix.

Display name for the group.
external_reference_id
Your own identifier for this group. Use it to correlate the group with a record in your system; it must be unique within your organization.
