List an employer’s ACA full-time employees
Returns the employer's employees who currently have an ACA full-time determination, with their designated (payroll) and ACA classifications, required coverage start date, and measurement/stability period windows.caller must be authorized for the employer. Responds 422 with `app_error_code` `aca_autopilot_not_entitled` when the employer's plan doesn't include ACA Autopilot, or `aca_policy_not_configured` when it does but no ACA policy is set up.
